Michelle Holmes originates from Edinburgh, Scotland. She holds a BA (Honours) in International Commerce and French from Napier University, Edinburgh, Scotland and an MBA in International Business from IMEA (L’Institut de Management Européen des Affaires), Besançon, France.

In December 2007, Michelle Holmes founded M Rewarding, a consultancy firm specializing in Total Compensation Management and Executive Compensation Management for both Companies and Individuals. Michelle says “A key focal area for M Rewarding is to support the clear and transparent communication and education of reward strategies and processes at all levels in an organization. This aspect of compensation is typically under emphasized and yet is critical to deliver rewarding results.”
